从个人收益对高等教育收费问题的思考

On Higher Educational Charge from the Viewpoint of Individual Benefit

本文针对目前中国国情下高等教育,用经济学方法来分析高等教育消费和投资,力图从居民户于人收益角度来确定收费标准。规避从高校角度分析该问题的不易确定性,并提出相关政策和建议。

With considerations of the present situation of Chinese higher education,this thesis uses economic approaches to analyze the consumption and investment of higher education and investment of higher education and tries to set the educational standards from the viewpoint of individual benefit,so as to avoid the uncertainty in the analysis of such an issue from the viewpoint of higher educational institutions.
