对国有资产搭私人股东“便车”观点的质疑

A Query on Viewpoint about State-owned Property as the Hitchhiker of the Private Shareholder

在企业中将国有股份减持到第一大股东以下,并没有改变国有资产产权主体缺位的问题,国有资产的利益得失仍处于无人问津的状态。此时,作为第一大股东的个人便会通过各种手段侵占国有资产。因此,国有资产通过"搭便车"机制来分享作为大股东的民营主体对企业高效运营所创造的收益是不可取的。

The problem of absence of the state-owned property right subject still exist and also nobody will care about the benefits of state-owned property when the state-owned share is reduced below that of the biggest shareholder in enterprise,thus,as the first shareholder,the individual will trench on state-owned property by different ways.Therefore,it is not practical that through hitchhiking,state-owned property can share the high profit created by individual as the biggest shareholder in enterprise.
