摘要
介绍了实物期权的基本思想、简单实物期权的分类及应用;通过将传统的投资决策方法与实物期权方法进行对比,指出了传统投资决策方法存在的缺陷并对传统的方法进行了修订;同时还指出了应用实物期权时应该注意的问题。
In this paper,the author introduces the basic ideas,the simple categories and the applications of Real Options;points out the limitations and the attention points of the Traditional Approach of Investment Deci-sion though comparing with Real Options Approach;and makes some suggestions of emending.
