无机防紫外线粒子遮蔽功能的研究

摘要 采用双光束紫外分光光度计研究了一系列无机粒子的遮蔽紫外线功能,并对共混某些无机粒子的丙纶纤维织物防紫外线功能的效果进行了测试探讨.结果发现:无机粒子防紫外线遮蔽功能具有广谱性;丙纶纤维混入少量(质量比)遮蔽紫外线功能较好的无机粒子,可以极大地提高其织物的防紫外线功能. The overshadowing UV property of a series of inorganic particles with UV resistance was studied by an UV spectrophotometer with double beams, and the UV resistance of the fabrics of modified polypropylene fibers by blending the inorganic particles with UV resistance was also tested. The results show that there is the UV resistance of these inorganic particles with UV resistance in the whole UV zone. The UV resistance of the fabrics is enhanced greatly by blended inorganic particles mouthful small quantity of with better UV resistance in fibers.
