顺1,4-聚丁二烯凝胶溶胀模型的研究

摘要 以顺丁橡胶为骨架,采用溶液聚合法制备了1,4-聚丁二烯(PCB)凝胶,通过经典的称重法,研究PCB有机凝胶的溶胀过程.结果表明,PCB有机凝胶的溶胀行为可用两段模型来描述,溶胀初期,凝胶表面的溶胀符合线性扩散模型,凝胶中心网络的溶胀符合Li-Tanaka模型. Poly(cis1,4 butadiene) gels were prepared by the crosslinking polymerization of 4tertbutadiene(tBS) and divinylbenzene(DVB)onto unvulcanized butadiene rubber in the solution process using BPO as an initiator. The swelling kinetics of PCB organogels was also investigated by the classic weighed method. It is showed that twostage mechanism for the swelling of PCB organogels are quite reasonable. The swelling at the surface region of gels can be described using the linear diffusion model. The swelling behavior at the internal region of gels can be well described by LiTanaka equation.
