微波消解ICP-AES法测定苣荬菜叶中常量及微量元素

Determination of major and trace elements in the leaves of sonchus brachyotus with microwave digestion ICP-AES method

用微波消解的方法消解苣荬菜叶(sonchusbrachyothusDC),采用美国利曼公司生产的PS- 型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定苣荬菜叶中的微量元素,为苣荬菜的科学利用提供了理论依据.该方法简便、快速、可靠,适用于植物中多种元素的测定.其相对标准偏差为0.07%～3.49%,回收率为94.2%～105%,结果令人满意.

This paper reports the method of digestion the leaves of sonchus brachyotus DC by microwave sample preperation system and determination concentration of trace elements by using ICP/EcheLLe spectrometer (American Leeman Labs),which provides the theoretical base for scientific utilization of sonchus brachyotus DC. This method is simple,rapid and reliable and can be applied to multi- elements plants. The relative standard deviation in measurement is 0.07%～3.49 % . The rate of recovery of samples standard addition is 94.2%～105% . The result is quite satisfactory
