摘要
针对水幕冷却系统钢板机械性能不能在线检测、控冷钢板品种多样、精确的数学模型难以确定以及需要吸收工艺专家的经验知识等复杂特性,本文采用萨里迪斯的分级智能控制系统理论,提出了两层递阶智能控制系统方案,即性能控制层和工艺控制层,性能控制层采用专家系统技术.仿真结果表明,本系统对各种规格的钢板均可根据工艺专家的经验知识进行冷却制度的设定以及冷却制度的评价和优选,对工艺层进行专家式的指导.
In the light of the characteristics of watercurtain cooling system, of the steel plate mechanical properties online can not be detected, mathematical model is difficalty to accurate,many kinds of method to cooling the steel plate must be adopted, on the basis of the theory of the intelligent control system on separate level of Saridis, this paper proposes a scheme of two level control system— the property control level(PCL) and the technical control level(TCL). The techniques of the expert system are adopted on the TCP. The experimental result shows that the cooling rule of all kinds of plates can be set, evaluated and optimized.
