KCNE基因家族与长QT综合征
KCNE Gene Family and Long QT Syndrome
摘要
KCNE基因家族是一组基因结构上相似,编码产物结构功能相近的一组基因,它们的蛋白产物被称作Mink相关肽(mink-related peptides MiRPs),是构成电压门控钾通道的辅助亚单位-β亚单位,与相应的钾通道的α亚单位相互作用形成稳定具有特定功能的复合体-完整的钾通道.
