摘要
生产1t黄磷要排放250Nm3~3000Nm3尾气,经过尾气净化和精制、甲醇合成和甲醇催化脱水等工艺,可利用黄磷尾气制取二甲醚。以年产5千t的黄磷厂为例,每年可减少1280万Nm3尾气排放,从而减少3 63t硫、3 47t磷和0 14t氟排入空中,同时可生产二甲醚3500t、甲醇500t。本方法技术上可行,经济效益良好,环境效益显著。
when producing one ton yellow phosphorus will let out waste gas of 2500Nm3~3000Nm3. through the procedure of purifying and affination, methanol synthesis and methanol catalytic dewater, the waste gas can be made dimethyl ether. If taking the example of producing 5 tons yellow phosphorus, the way will reduce to let out the waste gas of 1,280,000 Nm3 each year. This means that there will reduce 363 tons sulphur, 347 tons phosphorus and 014 ton fluorine to the air, at the same time, there will produce 3500 tons dimethyl ether and 500 tons methanol. The producing way is feasibility on technology and has good economic benefits and environmental benefits.
