摘要
复合型冲击式除尘器对传统冲击式除尘器单级处理模式进行改造,整个设备分为前置、核心及后置除尘部分。分析了冲击速度、吃水深度、吸附层厚度及平流池固液分离效果对除尘器除尘效果的影响。系统中增设了防止粉尘因毛细作用产生堵塞的工艺。在冲天炉治理中烟尘降至96mg/Nm3,二氧化硫740mg/Nm3。
A compound shock dust remover was improved based on the single conventional shock dust remover. The whole machine is composed of pre-, core and post components. And new technology was added to the new machine to prevent from blocking the pipes. The shock velocity, water level, absorbent thickness and effect of separation of solid materials from liquid in the horizontal-flow tank on the dust remover effect was studied. The concentrations of smoke dust and SO2 were reduced to 96 mg/Nm3 and 740 mg/Nm3 in the copola furnace pollution control.
