摘要
将分析能量系统的方法分成3大类,即第一定律分析、第二定律分析和热经济学分析。该文聚焦于热经济学分析,特别研究其新发展结构理论,列举其超越其它方法的优点。为了扩展其应用范围,该文把它运用于故障诊断领域,把它视为热力学参数分析的发展。在深入讨论之后写出详细的数学推导,得出两个数学判据用以判别事故发生的部位和情况,并取国产200MW汽轮机组作示例,进行了演示,表明此法使用起来简捷、准确。
Classifying the methods for analyzing an energy system into three categories, namely the first law analysis, the second law analysis and thermoeconomic analysis, the paper focuses on the thermoeconomic one, especially on its newly developed, named structural theory, cites its superiorities over other methods. In order to extend the area of its applications, the paper has it used in the area of malfunction diagnosis. Regarding it as a development of the thermodynamic parameter analysis the paper formulates it in details after a profound discussion. Two mathematic criterions are obtained to assess the situation and allocation. A nation-made 200MW turbine unit is taken as an example to illustrate its usability. It is concluded that the method is easy, fast and accurate in use.
