摘要
建立了烟气处理量为3000Nm3/h的多功能烟气脱硫试验台,对神木煤灰增湿活化脱硫进行了研究。试验结果表明,喷水雾化液滴粒径、出口烟气温度与绝热饱和温度的差值、烟气停留时间与液滴蒸发时间以及Ca/S摩尔比等因素对高钙煤灰增湿活化脱硫有重要的影响,且存在一个最佳的雾化液滴粒径。经工艺参数的优化,该系统具有50%左右的脱硫效率。该脱硫工艺因系统简单、投资和运行费用极低,对燃用高钙低硫煤的锅炉烟气脱硫具有广泛的应用前景。
The experimental investigation on humidified activated flue gas desulfurization(FGD) with high CaO content coal fly ash is carried out in a 3000Nm3/h volume flow semi-industrial FGD test rig. The experimental results show that the diameter of spraying droplets, the approach to adiabatic saturation temperature, the residual time of flue gas, droplet drying time and Ca/S mole ratio have important effect on the SO2 removal efficiency. And there exists an optimal diameter of spraying droplets for desulfurization efficiency. The SO2 removal efficiency may reach 50% through the optimization of operation parameters in this system. Because of very low capital and operating costs for the simple FGD system, it will be widely used in thermal power plants fired coals with high CaO and low sulfur.
