水解(酸化)—生物接触氧化处理水产品加工废水

摘要 对水解 (酸化 )—生物接触氧化工艺处理水产品加工废水进行了试验研究 ,试验结果表明 :在水温 2 0℃、总HRT >6h、进水COD值 10 0 0~ 130 0mg/l、BOD5值 5 10~ 690mg/l、SS值 15 0~ 30 0mg/l情况下 ,COD去除率大于 89% ,BOD5去除率大于 92 % ,SS去除率大于 89% ,出水COD、BOD5、SS值均达到国家二级排放标准 (GB8978- 1996) ,最高有机容积去除负荷达 3 9kgCOD/m3 ·d。水产品加工废水经水解(酸化 )处理以后BOD5/COD值可由原水的 0 5 2提高到出水的 0 67,可生化性得到显著提高。 A study was make on the treatment of aquatic product processing wastewater was investigated using a hydrolytic acidification - biological oxidation process. The experimental results show that effluent COD, BOD5,SS can meet the national discharge standards, with 89%.90% and 89% of average removal rate respectively, when wastewater temperature was 20℃, HRT was over 6h and influent COD, BOD 5, SS was 1000~1300 mg/l, 510~690 mg/l respectively. The largest organic loading was 3.9kg COD/m 3.d. The BOD5/COD value of aquatic product processing wastewater can be raised from 0.52 to 0.67 via hydrolytic acidification treatment, implying an improvement in biodegradability of the wastewater.
