Study on the Axial Impregnation of a Fiber Bundle

摘要 根据 3种不同的树脂在 2种纤维束中进行的毛细实验 ,运用达西定理 ,由非线性回归方法得到单根纤维毛细压力和纤维渗透率的实验值。并建立了纤维束轴向渗透数学模型 ,采用差分法求解 ,由试误法得到纤维渗透率的模拟值。分析结果表明 ,采用有限时间的纤维渗透实验 ,经适当的方法处理可以得到能够反映真实情况的纤维渗透率值。同时给出了 Carm an- Kozeny纤维渗透率方程中的 Kozeny常数的实验结果。 The capillary experiments of three kinds of resin and two kinds of fibers were conducted in this paper. The experimental values of capillary pressure and fiber permeability were estimated by Darcy′s law and nonlinear regression method. Based on the numerical model of axial impregnation in a fiber bundle, the simulated fiber permeability was obtained through the trial and error method. It was found that the correct fiber permeability could be gained through the short term capillary impregnation experiments. Kozeny constants were also determined through Carman Kozeny Equation and short term capillary experiment.
