Design and Implementation of a Security System Based on Network Management Information

网络信息安全已成为互联网发展的最重要议题之一。网络信息服务不仅在数量上与日俱增，而且其传播方式也呈现出多样化。为方便有效地管制这些信息的传播，该文提出一个基于网络管理信息新思路实现的网络信息管制系统(NetCop)，并详细描述了该系统及其主要模块的具体设计及实现方法。

Web information security has become one of the most serious topics on Internet. With the explosive growth of Internet and Intranet, more and more network information services can be found and the ways in which Web information is transmitted take on diversification. So a new method based on network management information is brought forward to control the Web information (NetCop) in this paper.A full description of the main modules and the design approach is given.
