桃红四物汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨桃红四物汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的临床疗效及其对神经传导速度的影响。方法  1 0 7例糖尿病周围神经炎患者随机分为 2组。对照组 5 1例用维生素B1 、维生素B1 2 、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)、脑多肽治疗 ,治疗组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤加味治疗。 2组治疗前后分别进行疗效评定和检测正中神经、胫后神经的感染神经传导速度、运动末端潜伏期及其波幅。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后的感觉传导速度均明显增快 ,运动末端潜伏期均缩短 ,其波幅均提高 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。 Object To study therapeutic effect and influence of nerve conduction velocity of Taohong Siwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuritis. Method 107 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=51) were treated by vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B1,ATP and cerebral polypeptide. Patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by combination of Taohong Siwu decoction and routine treatment. To observe therapeutic effect nerve conduction velocity, amplitude and latent period of distal motor nerve, media nerve and tibial nerve were detected. Results Efficiency of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction has obviously effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuritis.
