摘要 目的 采用紫外分光光度计测定硫酸阿米卡星在注射液中的含量。方法 茚三酮与硫酸阿米卡星在一定的 pH和加热条件下发生络合反应生成紫色络合物 ,采用比色法进行测定 ,测定波长为 5 6 8nm。 结果 线性范围 15~ 2 7μg/ml,r =0 .9996 (n =6 ) ,平均回收率为 99.5 6 % ,RSD =0 .83%。 结论 本法简便、快速、准确、适用于阿米卡星有关制剂的质量控制。 Objective TO examine the content of amikacin suffate in injection,a colorimetric procedure was developed by using UV-spectrophotometer. Methods In appropriate condition of heat and pH,amikacin can react with ninhydrine to form a purple stable coordination compound which can be detected by colorimetric assay at 568nm. Results The linear range was 15~27μg/ml,r=0.9996(n=6). The average rate of recycling was 99.56%,RSD=0.83%. Conclusions The method is simple,rapid, accurate and can be used for quantitative control of the associated pharmaceutical of amikacin. [
