摘要
剪切角的大小对切削中金属变形、切削力及切削温度有直接影响,是研究金属切削过程的一个很重要的参数。借助于有限元软件ANSYS,成功地模拟出了金属切削的动态过程,并在此基础上对切削变形进行了研究,通过测量模拟计算出的剪切面与切削速度之间的夹角,即可得出用有限元方法计算出的剪切角。通过变换不同的刀具前角进行了一系列的仿真计算和快速落刀实验,计算结果和实验数据的比较证实了该方法的可行性。
Because the magnitude of shear plane an-gle directly affects metal cutting deformation, cuttingtemperature and cutting force in the metal cutting pro-cess, therefore it is an important parameter for studyingthis process. Based on FEM software ANSYS, the dy-namic process of metal cutting was simulated and themetal cutting deformation was studied. By measuring theangle between the simulated shear plane and the cuttingvelocity, the calculated shear plane angle was obtained byFEM. Besides, a series of simulation calculations andrapid tool--dropped experiments were carried out on dif-ferent tool orthogonal rakes. By comparisons betweenthe calculated results and experimented results, the feasi-bility of this method is confirmed.
