摘要
教师教育评价应重视综合素质和能力及教育过程的评价。教师教育评价不仅要对学生进行评价,而且要对教师、专业、课程和教材等方面进行全面评价。只有这样,才能全面推进素质教育,为社会培养出高素质的师资人才。
The appraisal of teachers' teaching should focus on their comprehensive quality competence as well as the process of reaching. The appraise will have an across-the-board evaluation of not only students, but also teachers, majors, courses taken and teaching materials, etc. . Only by this way can we promote quality education in an all -round way, and cultivate more capable high quality personnel for the society.
