摘要
在推进高校管理法治化的进程中,高等学校管理工作者应当以法律为准绳,在管理理念、管理制度和管理行为等方面充分体现法治精神,正确行使法律赋予的办学自主权,强化对外经济交往和劳动用工中的合同(或合约)管理,充分尊重和维护师生员工的合法权益。
While managing colleges in terms of laws, the administratiors should enhance the popularization of laws and reflect the law spirits in management conception, management system as well as management behavior. The college should correctly exercise the initiative privilege given by laws, strengthen the management of contract signed during outward economic cooperation and collaboration and give a full consideration about the legal rights and benefits that teachers, students and staff members should enjoy.
