γδT Cells and Their Relative Researches

摘要 T细胞表面表达两类抗原受体 :TCRαβ和TCRγδ .γδT细胞是较晚发现的一个T细胞亚群 ,它的表面分子标志为CD3+ CD4 -CD8-.从发生、分布、免疫应答的范围和机制等方面来看 ,γδT细胞在机体免疫系统中处于较原始、低级的地位 ,主要起辅助、补充作用 . The T cells express two kinds of Antigen receptors: TCRαβand TCRγδ. The γδT cell group is the latest discovered subset of T cells,with the characteristic surface molecule CD +_3CD -_4CD -_8. According to its origination,distribution,target and mechanism of immune responses,the γδT cell functions auxiliarily and supplementarily,and is located in a primary position in the immune system. This article introduces to the readers the recent researches onγδT cells.
