愈宁舒烧烫伤膏的药理及毒理研究

Pharmacological and toxicological study of Yuningshu burn cream

目的 观察愈宁舒烧烫伤膏的抗感染和促创面愈合作用。方法 选择健康家兔用固体酒精烧伤法制成烧伤病理模型 ,予愈宁舒烧烫伤膏治疗 ,并设京万红组对照观察。结果 愈宁舒烧烫伤膏具有明显促进创面愈合、控制创面感染和减少瘢痕形成的作用 ,疗效优于京万红组 ,且无明显毒副作用。结论 愈宁舒烧烫伤膏是一种值得进一步研究开发和推广应用的外用药物。

Objective It is to observe the anti-infectious and promoting concrescence of wound effect of Yuningshu burn cream. Methods Healthy rabbits were induced to burn pathological models by burning solid alcohol and then were treated with Yuningshu burn cream. As contrast, burn pathological models in control group were treated with Jingwanhong. Results Yuningshu burn cream could obviously promote concrescence of wound, control infection of wound and decrease cicatrization. Its effect was better than Jingwanhong’s and without obvious side effect. Conclusion Yuningshu burn cream is an external remedy worthy of further studying and applying.
