目的 加强分娩室的医院感染管理 ,减少污染源 ,保证母婴安全。方法 领导重视 ,组织健全 ,规章制度落实 ,强化培训 ,提高认识 ,人人参与 ,制定各项对策和落实有效监控措施。结果 加强分娩室医院感染管理 ,使分娩室医院感染管理工作逐步走向系统化、制度化、规范化 ;从而有效减少污染源 ,保证产科质量达标 ,确保母婴安全。结论 加强分娩室医院感染管理 ,是保证产科质量达标 ,确保母婴安全的重要环节之一 ,要做好分娩室医院感染管理工作 ,就必须从组织落实、开展必要的监测、严格管理措施

OBJECTIVE To reduce the infection and make sure babies and mothers safe by strengthening the hospital management of nosocomial infection (NI) in childbirth rooms. METHODS To pay more attention, and carry out the rules and regulations. The staff was well trained, and took part in it actively. Countermeasures were made and effective monitor measures were taken. RESULTS The management of NI had gradually become systematic, standardized and regularized. The hospital infection had been greatly reduced, babies and mothers were kept safe and sound. CONCLUSIONS The strengthening of the hospital management of NI is very important for babies and mothers. In order to carry out the hospital management of NI well, it is of great importance to organize and monitor well and take strict measures.
