华北地区18所医院抗菌药物使用管理调查

Investigation on Use and Management of Antibiotics in 18 Hospitals in Northern China

目的 了解本地区抗菌药物使用管理情况。方法 采用函调方式 ,对 2 2所医院发出通知和统一调查表 ,在规定的时间内收回 ,排除填报质量问题后 ,对 18所医院报表进行总结分析。结果 18所医院管理组织与制度较健全 ,抗菌药物使用率在 39.80 %～ 85 .0 0 % ,平均 6 9.5 2 % ;感染病例细菌培养送检率在 7.6 2 %～ 6 0 .0 0 % ,平均2 7.0 4 % ;细菌培养阳性率 16 .5 0 %～ 6 7.38% ,平均 38.14 % ;对金黄色葡萄球菌耐药的青霉素高达 70 %～ 10 0 % ,对铜绿假单胞菌耐药物的二代头孢类药物头孢他啶为 34.38%。结论 该地区抗菌药物合理使用管理存在较大问题 ,管理有待强化、深化、细化。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use and management of antibiotics in hospitals in northern China. METHODS The questionaires which were sent to 22 hospitals were collected and those of 18 hospitals were analyzed. RESULTS The management institution of 18 hosptials was improved. The using rate of antibiotics was between 39.8 85%, in average 69.52%; the specimen sending rate of infected patients was between 7.62 60%, in average 27.04%; the positive rate of bacteria culture was between 16.50 67.38%, in average 38.14%. The drug resistance to penicillin of Staphylococcus aureus was between 70 100%, and the resistance rate to second generation cephalosporin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 34.38%. CONCLUSIONS Some questions in management are still existing and need to be improved.
