医院内白色念珠菌感染原因探讨及预防

Causes and Prevention Measures of Nosocomial Candida albicans Infection

目的 探讨白色念珠菌引起医院感染的原因 ,制定预防和控制医院内白色念珠菌感染的措施。方法 对2 0 0 2年 1～ 12月 14 9例白色念珠菌引起医院感染患者进行调查分析。结果 免疫抑制剂、广谱抗生素的广泛应用 ,各种侵入性操作和临床严重疾病的不断上升 ,是引起医院内白色念珠菌感染的主要原因。结论 严格按药敏使用抗生素 ,防止菌群失调 ;严格无菌操作 ,做好消毒隔离工作 ,防止外源性感染 ;积极治疗原发病 ;及时补充营养 ,提高机体的抵抗力是预防医院内白色念珠菌感染的重要措施。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the causes of nosocomial infection and make preventive and control measures against Candida albicans infection. METHODS A total of 149 patients suffering from the infection caused by C. albicans from Jan to Nov in 2002 were analyzed. RESULTS The widespread use of immune depressives and broad spectrum antibiotics, the variety of invasive practices and the diseases severity were the main causes of the infection. CONCLUSIONS Choosing sensitive antibiotics, strictly performing aseptic technic, avoiding exterior infection, offering enough nutrients to the patients in time to improve the body ′s immunity are the most important measures to prevent the nosocomial infection of C. albicans.
