摘要
政府采购制度是西方国家公共支出管理的一项重要制度。此文重点分析我国建立和推行政府采购制度的意义和作用,并结合我国实际情况,提出建立我国政府采购的政策建议。
The paper is mainly on the significance of establishing and implementing the government purchase institution in China, also the paper gives suggestions on the establishment of the government purchase institution.
