摘要
含钴高速钢采用特定的热处理工艺处理 ,可充分发挥材料的潜在性能 ,显著提高其强韧性。在硬度相同的情况下 (6 5~ 6 6HRC) ,M 4 2钢抗弯强度 (σbb)提高 15 %以上 ,挠度 (f)提高 13%以上 ;C8钢σbb提高 2 0 %以上 ,f提高 17%以上 。
Special heat treating process will bring latent properties of high speed steel with Co into full play and obviously improve its strength and toughness.Under the circumstances of same hardness (65~66HRC),bending strength(σ bb )and deflection strength(f) will respectively increase by 15% and 13% or over for M42 steel,above properties will respectively increase by 20% and 17% or over for C8 steel,thus service life of cutting tool will is improved.
