To assist traditional teaching patterns, a webbased teaching system can provide a platform of teaching resource management. In this paper, it discusses the problem that exists in the computer cultural foundation course about the traditional teaching pattern, and some characteristics of webbased teaching. In addition, the whole framework of webbased teaching system regarding this course is also established, and some realistic method is concerned.
