卵巢内胚窦瘤54例的治疗

Treatment of 54 Patients with Ovarian Endoderal Sinus Tumor

[目的]探讨卵巢内胚窦瘤的治疗。[方法]回顾分析1973年9月至2002年4月收治的54例卵巢内胚窦瘤临床资料。初治组17例(Ⅰ期4例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期10例,Ⅳ期1例);复发组37例。[结果]手术结合化疗病例的1年、5年生存率,初治组分别是86.54%和59.00%;复发组分别是72.31%和44.07%。单纯化疗病例均在短期内死亡或肿瘤进展。保留内分泌生育功能15例,其中11例月经正常、1例产一健康儿。[结论]手术配合及时、规范的化疗对改善卵巢内胚窦瘤的预后极为重要。

To investigate the treatm en t of ovarian endodermal sinus tumor.Fifty-four pa-tients with ovarian endodermal sinus tumor treated from September1973to April2002were retrospective ly analysed.The patients were divided into2groups,patients(4,stageⅠ;2,stageⅡ;1 0,stageⅢ,1,stageⅣ)of initial teatment group and37patients of recurrant group.In the patients received surgery com-bined with chemotherapy.The1and5-year survival rates were86.54%and59.00%in the initial teatment group and72.31%an d44.07%in the recurrant group,respectively.The patients received chemotherapy al one died in a short period or the tumor progressed.The endocrine and reproductiv e function was reserved in15patients,11with normal mestrual cycle and1delivered a healthy infant.[Conclusion]Surgery com-bined with standard chemotherapy plays an important rote improving prognosis for ovarian endodermal si-nus tumor.
