摘要
[目的]观察超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤后的不良反应及处理。[方法]选择2000年8月至2001年12月子宫肌瘤患者27例,均采用Seldinger技术行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术,观察统计术后1周内的各种不良反应及处理情况。[结果]发热、腹痛、恶心、呕吐及阴道出血是介入治疗子宫肌瘤术后的主要不良反应,但在短期内均能自行缓解或经对症处理后能很快缓解及消失。[结论]超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤后的不良反应均为一过性,不造成不良后果,是一种安全、有效的方法。
To investigate the complications following super-select io n uterine arterial embolization(SSUAE)in patients with uterine myoma.Fr om August2000to December2001,27patients with uterine myoma underwent SSUAE with Seldinger technique.The side effects in the first week were ob-served. Fever bellyache,nausea,vomit and vagina bleeding were the major side effects.Tho se could be released automatically or with heteropathy.[Conclusion]The side effe cts following SSUAE are tem-porary,without serious sequel.SSUAE is a safe and e ffective method for treatment of uterine myoma.
