Pharmacy Study of Snakebite Tincture Against Cobratoxin

目的 探讨蛇伤药酒对眼镜蛇毒中毒的治疗效果。 方法 用中华眼镜蛇毒于家兔制作的病理模型并用蛇伤药酒于注毒局部外敷治疗 ,再进行中毒表现和血液指标等观察。 结果 与蛇毒组相比 ,药酒组局部和全身症状均较轻 ,死亡率较低 ;WBC、CK和 CRP变化没有那么明显 ,PLT、PT和 FBG水平基本没有变化。 结论 蛇伤药酒能减轻炎症反应 ,防止急性 DIC发生和保护机体组织受损 。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of snakebite tincture against cobratoxin of Najanaja atra Methods The pathologic models and they were treated with snakebite tincture at locality of injected venom The toxic symptoms and blood indices were observed Results It was compared with the cobratoxin group that tincture group has some decrease in the symptoms of body and the rate of lethality, the varieties of WAS, CK, CRP were not such obvious and the levels PLT, PT, Fbg were not basically alterable Conclusion Snakebite tincture may relieve the inflammatory reaction, guard against the acute DIC and protect the tissues of body from the damage Thus, this tincture has better effect against cobratoxin
