节水灌溉指标及发展模式研究

Study on Indices and Development Model of Water Saving Irrigation

针对河南省世行项目区节水灌溉发展中存在的问题,研究并提出适合项目区的节水灌溉指标体系,结合项目区的实际加以分区,明确各区的节水灌溉发展模式以及发展方向。研究成果对项目区的农村经济、社会的可持续发展及水资源的合理开发利用具有重要意义。

Aiming at the problem in the water saving irrigation development process of World Bank loan project district of Henan province, this paper presented water saving irrigation indices system suitable to project district. Based on actual situation of the project, the author divided it into some subarea, pointed out respective water saving irrigation development model and direction. The research result has significance to reasonable utilization of water resources and sustaining development of agricultural economy and society.
