模拟示波器扩展为数字示波器

Extend Common Oscillograph to Digital Oscillograph
摘要
介绍了一种采用单片机在模拟示波器上实现数字示波器功能的智能测试仪。该仪器具有智能化、通用性强和使用方便等优点。引入了“步进采样”方法,实现了中速A/D采样高频周期信号,并采用了软件和硬件相结合的方法实现量程的自动切换,将8位A/D的分辨率提高到11位。通过数字滤波、自检验、自校正等方法提高了该仪器的精度及可靠性。使用结果表明该智能仪器具有较好的工作性能。
