摘要
就RAPD标记在果树、蔬菜、观赏植物的品种鉴定、杂种一代纯度鉴定、品种突变体检测、品种亲缘关系分析及分类等方面的研究进展和应用前景作了评述。
This paper introduces the characters of several molecular markers applied in horticulture crops. The latest advances and prospect of using molecular markers to identify cultivars, determinate hybrid purity, detect mutants, assess relationship and classify cultivars of fruit trees, vegetables and floral crops, are reviewed.
