低位结肠直肠吻合口瘘的非手术治疗

Non-surgical treatment of anostomosis fistula in low colorectum

目的 :探讨低位结肠直肠吻合口瘘的非手术治疗的可行性及治疗措施。方法 :应用能全素口服配合局部冲洗引流的非手术方法治疗直肠前切除低位结肠直肠吻合术后发生吻合口瘘的患者 12例。结果 :12例均能适应能全素的口感 ,口服能全素后 6天 10例、7天 2例引流管中无粪便样物引流出 ,均治愈。发生瘘到治愈时间最短者 12天 ,最长者 2 8天。结论

Objective:To explore the feasibility of non surgical treatment for anostomosis fistula in the low colorecetum.Methods:Nengquansu combined with sectional scour and drainage was used in 12 patients with anostomosis fistual.Results:All the patients were adaptable to the taste of nengquansu.After using nengquansu,10 cases in 6 days and 2 cases in 7 days healed,leaving no excrement things in the drainage tube.The time from fistual occurrence to healing was 12 to 28 days.Conclusions:Nengquansu accompanied with sectional scour and drainage is effective for the treatment of anostomosis fistula in the low colorectum.
