高龄结直肠癌的围手术期处理

Perioperative management of the elderly patients with colorectal cancer

目的 :探讨高龄结直肠癌患者围手术期处理。方法 :回顾性分析 1998～ 2 0 0 2年治疗的 70岁以上高龄结直肠癌 6 2例 ,手术治疗 6 0例 ,其中根治性切除 4 5例 ,姑息性手术 15例。结果 :2例放弃治疗 ,6 0例均安全度过围术期 ,无围手术期死亡。结论 :高龄不是结直肠癌手术的禁忌证 ,重视围手术期处理可以提高高龄结直肠癌手术切除率 ,减少术后并发症 ,提高生存率 。

Objective:To explore the perioperative management of the elderly patients with large intestine cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 62 elderly patients(aged 70 years or more) with carcinoma of large intestine treated by operation between 1998 to 2002 were analyzed restrospectively.Among these patients,radical resection was performed in 45 cases and palliative operation in 15 cases.Results:Two cases gave up treatment.Sixty cases survived the perioperative stage.No death occurred during the perioperative period.Conclusions:Old age is not the contraindication for the elderly patients with large intestine cancer.Proper perioperative management may increase the operative resection rate,decrease the post operative complication,and improve the survival rate and life quality of the patients.
