摘要
针对复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构面板与芯子脱胶损伤问题,提出一模拟面板、胶层及芯子的有限元模型,采用NASTRAN分析软件计算了板芯脱胶结构的剩余强度及修补后的强度恢复。研究了脱胶区域大小对剩余强度的影响及胶接修补质量对强度恢复的影响。
A three-dimensional finite element model is brought forward for the unbonded damage of composite honeycomb sandwich structures. The NASTRAN software is used to calculate the residual strength of the structures and the resumed strength after repairing. The influence of the size of the unbonded area on the residual strength and the influence of the repairing quality on the strength regain are studied.
