摘要
研究了新显色剂二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮分光光度测定锡的方法。酸性介质中 ,在表面活性剂TritonX - 10 0存在下 ,试剂与锡形成稳定的络合物 ,在 5 10nm处具有最大吸收 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε510 =1.17× 10 5L·mol-1·cm-1,锡含量在 0 - 8μg/ 10mL范围内符合比尔定律。该方法应用于铝合金、碳素钢等样品中微量锡的测定 ,结果满意。
The new method of the determination of tin with the new chromogenic reagent 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy) phenylfluorone(DMH-PF) has been studied. It was shown that a stable red complex can be formed in acid medium. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.17×10 5?L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 510?nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~8?μg /10?mL for tin. The amounts of tin in aluminum alloy and steel can be determined with satisfactory results.
