摘要
研究了在pH =5 .74的氯化钾介质中 ,β -环糊精—邻硝基氯苯包结物的极谱行为。在单扫描极谱上 ,邻硝基氯苯于 - 0 .6 6 5v (vs .SCE)电位处产生一极谱还原峰。加入 β-环糊精后 ,此峰移至 - 0 .735v (vs.SCE)处 ,峰高增加。峰高与邻硝基氯苯的浓度在 4 .6× 10 -8~ 6 .9× 10 -6mol/L范围内呈线性关系。检测限为 2 .3× 10 -8mol/L邻硝基氯苯。对工业废水中邻硝基氯苯进行了测定 ,获得满意结果。
The polarographical behavior of the β cyclodextrin o nitrochlorobenzene inclusion complexation was investigated in a solution of KCl(pH=5.74).The o nitrochlorobenzene produces a reduction peak at -0.665V(vs.SCE) by the single sweep polarography.After adding β cyclodextrin,the peak is moved from -0.665V(vs.SCE)to -0.735V (vs.SCE) and the peak height is enhanced.The detection limit and linear range of o nitrochlorobenzene are 2.3×10 -8 ?mol/L and 4.6×10 -8 ~6.9×10 -6 ?mol/L respectively.This methed has been applied to the determination of o nitrochlorobenzene in industry waste water and the satisfactory results have been obtained.
