摘要
齿距累积误差是影响齿轮传动准确性的重要检测项目之一,利用计算机方便、快捷地处理测量数据在工程中具有实际意义。探讨了评定齿轮齿距累积误差的若干数据处理方法(图解法、列表法、坐标变换法),其中坐标变换法尤其适合于运用计算机进行处理,阐述了其计算过程及编程原理,给出了流程图,同时介绍了以此为基础扩展构建的数据处理软件框架。
Total cumulative pitch error of gear is one of the most important measuring items, which affect the precision of gear drive. Using computer to process measuring data conveniently and quickly seems significant in actual project. This paper discussed several methods of the evaluation on total cumulative pitch error of gear: diagram, tabulation, coordinate conversion. Among them coordinate conversion method is especially suitable for computer processing. The paper explained count process and programming approach in detail, showed program flow diagram, and introduced the frame of data-processing software based on the above research.
