建设天津现代化沿海都市型农业生产区域布局的探讨

Discussion on Regional Overall Arrangement of Agricultural Production of Constructing Agriculture of Coastal City Type in Tianjin Modernization Process

为落实党的十五届三中全会通过的"中共中央关于农业和农村工作若干重大问题的决定"和江泽民同志关于"沿海发达地区要率先基本实现农业现代化"的指示精神,天津市委、市政府制定了"天津市率先基本实现农业现代化实施规划",对我市农业现代化建设做出了"要以发展沿海都市型农业为方向"的战略决策。仅就为科学配置、发展农业生产力,建设天津现代化沿海都市型农业生产区域布局进行一些探讨。

In order to completely implement “the decisions on several vital problems made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China about agriculture and countryside works'passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Comrade Jiang Zemin's indicative spirit of “the coastal developed area must take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization basically', Tianjin municipal Party Committee and municipal government have made “the plan that Tianjin will take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization basically' and the strategic policy of agricultural modernization construction in Tianjin,that is,“coastal city type agriculture should be taken as the direction'. Some discussions on disposing and developing agricultural productivity scientifically, and on regional overall arrangement of agricultural production of constructing agriculture of coastal city type in Tianjin modernization process are made.
