摘要
用氧化亚铁硫杆菌对两种难浸金矿———四川会东金矿和内蒙古白乃庙金矿进行细菌氧化摇床实验 ,采用正交实验法确定了细菌氧化的最佳工艺条件 。
The samples of refractory gold ores from Huidong Sichuan province and Bainaimiao Inner Mongolia are gold bearing arsenopyrite and pyrite ores .Using thiobacillus ferrooxidans the shaking bottle test was performed .The best technological condition of bacteria oxidation is determined by using orthogonal test. The primary and secondary sequences of four factors which affect the oxidation rate of arsenic and the oxidation rate of ferrous are obtained.
