This article reviewed history data of earthquake on yingxian wooden tower area, pointed out that the tower has experienced two earthquake climax and now is in the third earthquake climax.It analyzed recent seismic impacts on the tower and measured its whole transformation,gave the potential distributing of hypocenter, and carried on seismic impact probability analyse henceforth 50 years,100 years and 300 years.
