摘要
目的 :观察FR16 76 5 3对大鼠肾脏缺血 /再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :制造大鼠肾脏缺血 /再灌注模型 ,尾静脉注射FR16 76 5 3,测量其对肾功能及细胞因子含量的影响。结果 :肾功能损伤随缺血 /再灌注时间的延长而加重 ;TNF -α和IL - 1β含量也随之升高。应用FR16 76 5 3可使肾功能明显改善 ,TNF -α和IL - 1β含量下降。结论 :FR16 76 5 3可通过抑制致炎因子而明显减轻大鼠肾脏缺血 /再灌注损伤。
Objective:To observe the influence of FR167653 in kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury of rats. Methods:Kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury animal model was used. FR167653 was injected veinously. Kidney function and cytokines were determined.Results:The kidney function was damaged by ischemia/reperfusion injury. The severity of the damage was increasing with reperfusion time. So were the the contents of TNF-α and IL-1β in kidney and blood. FR167653 notably improved the kidney function with the dropping of TNF-α AND IL-1β level in kidney and blood.Conclusion: FR167653 can significantly attenuate the kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury through lowering the contents of pro-mflammatory factors.
