老年慢性便秘患者自主神经功能变化与运动锻炼的关系 被引量:20

摘要 目的 :探讨老年慢性便秘患者心脏自主神经功能的变化以及运动锻炼对便秘的影响。方法 :用心率变异性 (HRV)指标SDNN ,SDANN ,RMSSD ,VLF ,LF及HF反映自主神经功能变化。结果 :便秘组各项指标均低于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,便秘患者非运动锻炼组除SDANN外均低于运动锻炼组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,运动锻炼对便秘症状有效缓解率明显高于非运动锻炼组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :运动锻炼可以改善便秘患者自主神经系统功能 ,对于老年人便秘症状缓解与改善有一定意义。 Objective: To explore the relation between autonomic nerve system change of chromc constipation and physical exercise in the elderly patients.Method: we detect the index of HRV, it includes SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,VLF, LF and HF ,which can reflect the change of autonomic nerve system. Result:The constipation group SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,VLF,LF,and HF is lower than the control group (P<0.05). Non physical exercise group SDNN,RMSSD,VLF,LF and HF is lower than physical exercise group (P<0.05). The symptom amelioration ratio of constipation is higher in physical exercise group than in non physical exercise group .Conclusions:Physical exercise can improve the elderly patients with constipation autonomic nerve system and is significant for curing constipation.
