血浆同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病大血管并发症的关系探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨血浆总同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平与 2型糖尿病大血管并发症之间的关系。方法 :用酶联免疫法测定了 30例正常人和 78例 2型糖尿病患者 (其中有大血管并发症患者 38例 )的血浆Hcy水平。结果 :对照组血浆Hcy水平为 (11.97± 3.9) μmol/L。 2型糖尿病无大血管并发症者Hcy水平为 (2 1.8± 7.98)mol/L。2型糖尿病有大血管并发症者Hcy水平为 (19.8± 7.98) μmol/L。统计学结果表明对照组、2型糖尿病无大血管并发症组及有大血管并发症组之间Hcy水平有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :高血浆Hcy水平与 2型糖尿病及 2型糖尿病大血管并发症有一定的相关性。 Objective:To explore the relationship between serum tatal homocysteine (HCY) and type 2 diabetes of angiopathy by using high performace liquid chromatograph. Methods:Serum total Hcy level in 30 normal subjects and 78 type 2 diabetes 38 with angiopathy was determined. Results:The mean serum Hcy level was 11.97±3.9 μ mol/L, in normal subjects(n=30), 21.8±7.98μmol/L in type 2diabetes without angiopathy and angiopathy (n=40), and 19.8±7.98 μ mol/L in type 2diabetes with angiopathy (n=38). The Hcy level of three groups showed that there was a significant difference among three groups(P<0.001 P<0.01). Conclusion:It is suggested that serum tHcy level in 2 diabetes is higher than that in control group; The elevated level of serum Hcy man be related to the diabetic macroahgiopathy of atheroselerosis.
