摘要
用徒手切片对茶树成熟叶片、芽鳞及一芽二叶、对夹二叶的茎切片进行解剖学研究。结果表明:萌发早晚与品种的芽鳞厚度、芽鳞表皮厚度成高度正相关;与分枝角度、栅状组织/海绵组织有一定的相关性。对夹新梢的输导组织/髓、木质部/总面积、韧皮部/茎总面积的比值大于正常新梢;休止并非是瓶颈所致,主要是受生物节律的支配。
The mechanism of bud, leaf and banjhi stem in tea was studied by anatomical method. The result showed that: (1) The significant positive correlation exists in the sprouted period and bud scale, also it's epidermic thickness; (2) There are some relativities between sprouted period and branching angle, the specific value of palisade tissues in sponge tissues; (3) The percentage of areas of the conduction tissues in pith and xylem phloem in crosssection of the banjhi is higher than those of two leaves and a bud shoots; (4) The banjhi fomation is internal characteristic and physiological rhythem and also seems that the mechanism of the banjhi formation in the tea bush can not be explained by using the theory of shoot's 'bottle neck'.
