摘要
对不同外植体类型、大小以及不同培养基成分和状态对鹤望兰组培褐变的影响进行研究。结果表明:开花株和一年生苗褐变严重,种子切段和无菌播种苗的褐变较轻;外植体较大有利于减轻褐变;纸桥液体培养可以有效降低外植体的褐变度。
Several factors related to browning and control of browning in vitro culture of Strelitzia reginae were studied. The results are as follows: The stem segments of the flowering plants and the oneyear plants can not be used as explants because of their severe browning, while the younger explants are available. The bigger explants are beneficial to decrease the degree of the browning. The liquid medium with filter paper is an effective measure to inhibit the browning to a certain extent.
