It's a complicated process to make the P.E teaching plan and teaching progress. So, how to deal with the collocation of teaching contents, the links of different teaching units and relations like that will directly influence the teaching quality and effects. The state of science is basical, the state of education is essencial, and the state of art is the effective method to carry out the scientific education. These three aspects relate to each other, and fit in with each other as a whole. 
