通过几年的生态示范区建设,宿迁市的生态环境得到了改善。为了进一步提高宿迁市的生态环境质量,宿迁市即将进行“生态宿迁”建设。在揭示了“生态宿迁”建设的必要性之后,提出了“生态宿迁”建设的总体构想。通过对生态示范区工作的总结,提出了“生态宿迁”建设的主要任务:生态工程、生态经济、生态意识和生态人居。在对“生态宿迁”建设的工作组织实施提出意见后,明确提出“生态宿迁”近期的建设目标。
